Universities have slip-slided away from AAUP guidelines, relinquishing faculty rights to midevel 'managers'. we share common problems that the union cannot or will not address. CSU's continuing and worsening problems should be a call to action from the union and not only extremely vulnerable faculty members. Trust me, the union will not help you.
